My southern-loving heart cannot get enough of this one!! RS Custom Homes recently renovated this fantastic 1800 Sullivan’s Island, South Carolina beach cottage photographed here by Patrick Brickman. I love how they blurred the line between indoor and outdoor living...the porches are all to die for! L.O.V.E. the ceilings (obviously!), all of the light fixtures and the party-ready bar area next to the pool! Such great furnishings and accessories too, most of which came from Vintage Coast–an eclectic furniture boutique in Mount Pleasant, SC.
