How fun would it be to have a beach house in your family?! This Bethany Beach, Delaware home designed by Washington interior designer Erica Burns and photographed by Stacey Zarin Goldberg would be perfect! Lucky enough for Erica, it's also in her family! I love how Erica alluded to the beach in a subtle way here, through colors and textures...walls the color of sand, blue/green of the ocean, rustic reclaimed wood furniture, and the seagrass rugs and lamps. And how about that lantern? Doesn't it feel like it got that way from being outside in the salty air? And the pink stools, love those too! You can see more pics (including before's-n-after's!) and read all about the renovation of the beach home over at The Washington Post! And for more eye candy from Erica, visit her website here!
