This Nantucket cottage photographed by <a href="http://www.gridleygraves.com/" target="_blank">Gridley + Graves</a> is especially calling my name–I'm obsessed with all things Nantucket! The owners worked with architect <a href="http://www.thornewilldesign.com/" target="_blank">Luke Thornewill</a> and interior designer Janet Kielley on the two-year-long renovation of the historic cottage. (With the sea right there, who can complain?!) I love the cute kitchen...did you notice they used a piece of driftwood for the handle on the fridge? I've never seen that before! Here are more turquoise-infused photos that I'm drooling over from his extensive portfolio, taken by <a href="http://www.blackstoneedge.com/" target="_blank">Blackstone Edge Studios</a>. I love that Garrison prefers palettes inspired by the “amber waves of grain” landscapes of his Midwest childhood. (Yay for the Midwest!) But he definitely amps it up with fantastic color and texture too! I think my favorite room here is the first bedroom with the fabulous faux bois bedding.
