How refreshing to see a home that honors its roots! Karen and Guy Vidal of Design Vidal out of Los Angeles believe to save, renovate and restore - rather than buy new - is to protect our environment. That's exactly what they did in this 1913 Craftsman kitchen when they transformed a small, ill-planned space into one that embraces both historic detailing and modern efficiency. I love how the kitchen looks like it's been there forever, but a peek at the before photos and you can see that's so not the case (it takes a bit for the images to load, but it's worth it)! Read all about the kitchen and see more pics here! And while you're there, check out more projects by Design Vidal...they're all inspiring!
