Imagine my absolute delight when I saw this Manhattan home belonging to writer and designer Angèle Parlange featured in the recent issue of Lonny. It's pure heaven for any turquoise lover! The fabulous space actually used to one of my design idols, Steven Gambrel. He is the one responsible for the lovely Benjamin Moore Dophin's Cove in the bedroom framed with the green border (BM Mint Julep) and glossy black doors. I'm completely smitten with the antique desk in the living room that Angèle had covered in pink leather. And does that funky white coffee table remind anyone else of that Pink Ruffle Cake from Martha Stewart? For more design ideas and eye candy, check out Angèle's book, Creole Thrift: Premium Southern Living Without Spending a Mint
