The current homeowner Kristin Harrison spent two years renovating the space inside the 1909 historic home located in Pasadena, California. She worked with interior designer <a href="http://charmean-neithart-interiors.com/" target="_blank">Charmean Neithart</a> and architect <a href="http://www.wtarch.com/" target="_blank">Warren Techentin</a> to create a charming space with vintage authenticity combined with modern amenities! The Cape Cod architecture and interior design firm <a href="http://www.hutkerarchitects.com/" target="_blank">Hutker Architects</a> shows us there's<i> </i>so much more diversity going on. The firm has designed over two hundred homes in coastal New England, all of which avoid a single style. I have such a fondness for sleek lines and open spaces, not to mention huge windows everywhere, so I immediately fell for this project. What I love most is that they incorporated fun colors (turquoise and pink? My favorite!) into the unique design. How cool is that coffee table?!
