I get such a fun, summer vibe from this beautiful beachside home on Balboa Island in Newport Beach, California! SC Homes spent ten months building the transitional Cape Cod style home filled with so many great details, I'll definitely be pinning this one for myself! I'm really loving all of the architectural elements–the rustic beams, wainscoting, built-ins, sliding doors...I could go on and on. The kitchen is spectacular too. The blue island adds a ton of personality to the space! Love that colorful coral fabric on the banquette too! Finish your tour of the home here!
