I keep seeing the work of designer Eddie Lee popping up everywhere lately, and for good reason, his designs are so fresh and chic! This Westhampton beach home featured in the summer issue of Lonny photographed by Patrick Cline was designed to be an inviting, unpretentious space ideal for entertaining. But more importantly, the owners wanted every room to be child-friendly. I love the little guy's toys in the den by the fab banquette!
