Designed by <a href="http://www.alischwarz.com">Ali Schwarz</a> and styled by Rebecca Omweg, the peaceful palette and beautiful furnishings are absolutely heavenly. I just wish I could magically transport myself into the last photo and work from that desk all day. Not a bad view! Of course I'd turn around every few minutes, because the view in the other direction is equally as lovely!

Ikat Love

<div style="text-align: center;"><img src="http://cptnrin.smugmug.com/photos/1008239494_E3jjZ-O.jpg" /><br /></div><br />I loooove the mix of fabrics and colors in this living room from <a href="http://www.homesandgardens.com/gallery/main.php?g2_itemId=2818" target="_blank">Homes & Gardens</a>. The vibrant ikat patterns are so striking. I don't know which one I like better, the fabric on the sofa or the addition of the sweet, sweet yellow on those very comfy-looking ottomans. And the pillows? I won't even go there! The archway isn't exactly my style, but I love how the shape is mirrored in the tables. I think I can actually credit Michelle for my first taste of the scrumptiousness that is aqua and orange. She recently re-launched her website, and it's filled with many more <span style="font-style: italic;">fabulous</span> images filled with <span style="font-style: italic;">fabulous</span> color. How stunning is the room with the peacock palette?! I'm especially loving the chair upholstered in <a href="http://www.fschumacher.com/search/ProductDetail.aspx?sku=173270" target="_blank">Schumacher Chiang Mai Dragon</a>!
